New York State Law requires that employers of one or more employees must conduct sexual harassment prevention training for all employees each year. New York City Law also has training requirements for employers.
The 2-hour Sexual Harassment training is designed to educate employees on recognizing, preventing, and reporting sexual harassment in the workplace in compliance with New York State (NYS) regulations. This training aims to create a respectful and safe workplace environment for all employees.
Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive a certificate of completion for Sexual Harassment Training as required by New York State.

- Identify behaviors that constitute sexual harassment.
